About The Trip:

Uttarakhand is renowned as the “Dev Bhoomi” as in its abode, it holds many pilgrimage sites but apart from its spiritual and religious significance, it also is known for its unparalleled beauty.

From lush green canopies adorning every nook and corner to majestic Himalayan ranges that overlook the state, Uttarakhand is a charming land that consists of enchanting valleys, sparkling rivers, unexplored trails and so much more.

It is popular among trekking enthusiasts, backpackers, and even bikers. The reason for that is that Uttarakhand has something to offer for every kind of traveler which is why we take you on a backpacking trip where you get to traverse the hidden gems of Uttarakhand whilst also enjoying the many adventure activities it has to offer.

Day Wise Itnerary

Day 1 : Drive from Delhi to Rishikesh (250 Kilometers, 6 Hours)

The group will assemble at the pick-up point at 11 PM (tentative).
After a brief introduction session given by the Trip Captain, we will head towards Rishikesh. En route, we’d be traversing through Haridwar which is the center for many pilgrims and is one of the holiest cities in India.
Note: The pickup point would be Akshardham Metro Station.

Day 2 : Rishikesh Arrival and Sightseeing

Upon reaching Rishikesh, we will check into our designated stays and spend some time at leisure.
Afterwards, we will head out for River Rafting in the tidal waves of the mighty Ganga, we will also indulge in Cliff Jumping in Rishikesh. After experiencing the adrenaline rush, we will have lunch and then head out for a local sightseeing tour where we’d be visiting the iconic Ram Jhula, and Lakshman Jhula.
In the evening, we will visit Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 3 : Rishikesh to Chopta (161 Kilometers, 5 Hours)

Post breakfast, we will check out of our designated stays and head towards Chopta which is a small region in Uttarakhand adorned with lush green meadows and is the basecamp for the Tungnath trek.
Upon arrival, we will check into our campsites and Chopta and unwind ourselves in the lap of nature. The rest of the day is at leisure but we will be indulging in some exciting group bonding activities.
In the evening, we will have dinner followed by an overnight stay in the camps.

Day 4 : Trek to Chandrashila ( 4 Kilometers, 4 Hours)

After early morning breakfast, we’ll start our Chopta trek. The trail traverses through Tungnath which is situated at an elevation of 12,106 ft and is the Highest Shiva Temple in the World. We’d pay our respects here and then resume trekking towards Chandrashila summit.
At an altitude of 12, 110 ft, the Chandrashila top offers majestic views of Nandadevi, Trisul, Kedar Peak, Bandarpunch, and Chaukhamba peaks. After spending some time at the top, marveling at the beauty of the Himalayas, we will head back to our campsite.
Dinner followed by an overnight stay in camps at Chopta.

Day 5 : Drive to Sari Village (54 Kilometers, 1 Hour) | Trek Deoria Tal (3 Kilometers, 2 Hours)

After early morning breakfast, we’ll check out of our campsites and drive towards Sari Village. From here, we’ll trek to Deoria Tal which is a pristine lake popular for offering beautiful reflections of the Chaukhamba peaks on its glass-like surface.
Afterwards, we’ll descend and board an overnight journey to Delhi.

Day 6 : Arrival in Delhi | Trip Ends

We will arrive in Delhi by early morning.
The group will part ways with fond memories. End of Tour.

Early check-in at the Campsite.
Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
Any Entry tickets at exploration sites.
Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.
Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
Any other services not specified above in Inclusions.

Policies:

Confirmation Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed

Cancellation Policies

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Policies

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policies

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in the traveller’s bank account.
